SnoopSolve is a browser extension that works through your Edgenuity coursework — reading the questions on your screen, answering them, and advancing through the course's activities.
Installing it, signing up for it, or paying for it means you accept what is written below. If any of it doesn't work for you, don't use it — that is a complete and perfectly reasonable option, and it costs you nothing.
We are not Imagine Learning, and they have never heard of us
Edgenuity is Imagine Learning's courseware and Imagine Learning's trademark. We name it because we have to describe what SnoopSolve is compatible with; there is no other reason and no other relationship.
Imagine Learning has not reviewed, licensed, approved, endorsed or partnered with this software. Neither has your district, your school, your principal, your teacher, or whoever set your course up. Nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise.
What you get
An account, and an extension for Chrome, Edge, Brave, Firefox and other Chromium-based browsers. While your subscription is active, the extension will:
- read the questions rendered on the Edgenuity pages you have open and answer them;
- advance activities within a course, including instruction, warm-ups and summaries;
- show you a step-by-step explanation of any answer, if you ask for one.
It works across warm-ups, assignments, quizzes, unit tests and cumulative exams, on the courses your district assigns.
Your school's rules are the ones that bind you
Your district, your school and your teacher set the policy for your courses. Read it. Follow it. It governs your class and we do not, and if the two ever conflict, theirs wins.
You are the one who decides what to do with a suggested answer, and you are the one responsible for that decision. We provide information; the coursework and the consequences stay yours.
Accuracy, honestly
Answers are high confidence. They are not guaranteed correct, and anything that reads a question can misread one — so the results are yours to check, and step-by-step explanations are there when you want to.
We do not promise any particular grade, score, completion time, or outcome of any kind, and no one is authorised to promise one on our behalf.
Paying, and stopping
Subscriptions are weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual, and they renew automatically at the end of each period until you stop them. Prices are shown on the site before you pay and may change for future periods, never retroactively for one you have already bought.
You can cancel yourself from your dashboard at any time, without asking us and without explaining why. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running to the end of the period you have already paid for. Because that period stays usable, we do not generally refund it — but if something has genuinely gone wrong, write to us and we will look at it properly rather than pointing at this paragraph.
Things that will end your access
We may suspend or close an account that shares login credentials, resells access, attempts to reverse-engineer or redistribute the extension, or is used to attack or overload our systems. Where it's fair to do so, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
Sold as-is, and the limits of what we owe you
SnoopSolve is provided as it is, with whatever faults it has. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every future version of Edgenuity, or fit for any purpose you have in mind for it.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, nor for lost grades, lost credit, missed deadlines, disciplinary outcomes, or any academic consequence of any kind. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at what you have paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing here limits any right you hold that cannot lawfully be limited.
If we change these terms
We'll update this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use SnoopSolve after that means the new version applies to you. If a change matters materially and we have your email, we'll email you about it rather than relying on you noticing.
