SnoopSolve is a study aid for Edgenuity, delivered as a browser extension. It helps students generate explanations so they can better understand their coursework.

Installing it, creating an account, or paying for it constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

No affiliation with Imagine Learning

Edgenuity is Imagine Learning's courseware and Imagine Learning's trademark. We name it because we have to describe what SnoopSolve is compatible with; there is no other reason and no other relationship.

Imagine Learning has not reviewed, licensed, approved, endorsed or partnered with this software. Neither has your district, your school, your principal, your teacher, or whoever set your course up. Nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise.

SnoopSolve is not affiliated with Imagine Learning or with any school, and neither of them sponsors it. Any product name, logo or mark you see on this site belongs to whoever owns it, and it is here only so you know what SnoopSolve works with.

How the extension works

SnoopSolve lives in your own browser. You install it, you turn it on and off, and you can remove it whenever you want. It only works on Edgenuity pages you have already opened yourself, signed in to your own account, so it sees what your account is allowed to see and nothing more. There is no route through it to a course, activity or page your account hasn't been given.

To be specific, SnoopSolve does not:

• sign in to Edgenuity for you, or ask for or handle your Edgenuity username and password;
• get around, switch off or tamper with sign-in, paywalls, licence checks or any other control over who can see what;
• scrape Imagine Learning's servers or harvest content from them;
• make it look as though you have access to anything beyond what your school has actually assigned you.

The lessons, videos, questions and answer material inside Edgenuity are Imagine Learning's material, and they stay theirs. We don't publish that material, host it for other people, sell it or hand it on.

What you get

An account, a dashboard, and an extension for Chrome, Edge, Brave, Firefox and other Chromium-based browsers. While your subscription is active, the extension generates explanations that help you understand your Edgenuity coursework.

Your school's rules apply

Your district, your school and your teacher set the policy for your courses. Read it. Follow it. It governs your coursework and we do not; if the two conflict, theirs prevails.

That includes your school's academic-integrity rules and any honor code you are held to, as well as whatever your course says about using AI or other study tools. If you don't know what's allowed, ask your teacher before you rely on SnoopSolve.

You are the one who decides what to do with anything SnoopSolve shows you, and you are responsible for every piece of work you hand in. We provide information; the coursework and the consequences stay yours. How we expect SnoopSolve to be used is spelled out on our Academic Honesty page.

Accuracy

Explanations are generated by AI. They are not guaranteed correct, and anything that reads a question can misread one, so check what you see against your own understanding.

We do not promise any particular grade, score, completion time, or outcome of any kind, and no one is authorised to promise one on our behalf.

If you're under 18

SnoopSolve is not for anyone under 13. If that is you, do not create an account.

If you're 13 or over but under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you can use SnoopSolve only with a parent's or guardian's permission. Paying for it is their decision as well: a subscription for someone under that age has to be bought by a parent or legal guardian, or with their consent. The adult who does so accepts these terms for you and is responsible for the charges, renewals included.

Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual. Each one renews by itself when its period ends, at the price you were shown at checkout, and goes on renewing until you cancel it. You don't have to do anything to keep it running. If we ever change the price of a plan, we'll email you before it applies, and the new price starts from your next renewal after that notice.

You can cancel at any time, from your dashboard or by sending us a request on our support ticket page, and you don't owe us a reason. Cancelling switches off the next renewal; your access carries on until the end of the period you've already paid for.

What you pay is final and not refundable, other than as our Refund Policy provides. That policy covers three things: a fault at our end that stops SnoopSolve working for you and that we can't put right, a duplicate charge or other billing mistake, and a charge you never authorised. Nothing in these terms cuts down what that policy gives you.

The money-back guarantee shown at checkout is the first of those cases, stated plainly: if SnoopSolve won't run for you, you tell us within 30 days of the charge, and our support team can't fix it, you're refunded in full.

Licence

Paying gets you a personal licence to use the SnoopSolve website, extension and dashboard for your own schoolwork and study. It is limited, it is non-exclusive, you can't transfer it to anyone, and we can withdraw it.

It does not let you:

• copy, alter, decompile or reverse-engineer the extension or any other part of the service;
• resell access, rent it out, or sublicense it;
• hand your login to someone else, or use somebody else's;
• point scrapers, bots or other automated tools at our site or servers.

SnoopSolve itself, the software, the design and the name, belongs to us. A subscription grants time-limited use, not ownership.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms: one that shares login credentials, resells access, attempts to reverse-engineer or redistribute the extension, scrapes the service, or is used to attack or overload our systems. Where it's fair to do so, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

Losing access this way doesn't, on its own, earn a refund. The only refunds are the ones set out in the Refund Policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

SnoopSolve is provided as it is, with whatever faults it has. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every future version of Edgenuity, or fit for any purpose you have in mind for it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, nor for lost grades, lost credit, missed deadlines, disciplinary outcomes, or any academic consequence of any kind. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at what you have paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits any right you hold that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here takes away a refund the Refund Policy says you're due.

Changes to these terms

We'll update this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use SnoopSolve after that means the new version applies to you. If a change matters materially and we have your email, we will notify you by email.
