Refunds and cancelling

In force from 7 October 2026

The rule

Every SnoopSolve payment is final. We refund in the few situations listed below and not otherwise, and trying the extension and deciding it isn't for you is not one of them.

When we do refund

  • It won't work, and the fault is ours. If something on our side stops SnoopSolve working for you and our support team can't get it going, we refund you.
  • You were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount. Duplicate charges and billing mistakes come back to you in full.
  • You never authorised the charge. Once we've confirmed that, it's refunded.

When you don't

  • You changed your mind, didn't use the time you'd paid for, or forgot to cancel before a renewal went through.
  • The trouble comes from your own device, your internet connection, your browser, or other software running alongside ours.
  • We closed the account because it broke our Terms of Service.

Cancelling

Cancel whenever you like, from your dashboard or by sending a request through our support ticket page. That stops the next renewal. You keep access until the paid period runs out, and we don't refund part of a period.

Asking for a refund

Open a request on our support ticket page. It works without an account, so you can use it even if you can't sign in. Tell us:

  • the email you checked out with;
  • when you were charged, and how much;
  • what went wrong.

If the page won't load for you, email [email protected] with the same details instead.

You'll hear back within about two business days. An approved refund goes back to whatever you paid with, and normally arrives within 5 to 10 business days.

If you're a parent or guardian and a charge was made without your consent, raise it through the same support page.

Before you dispute a charge

If a charge looks wrong, please come to us before your bank. We can usually put it right faster than a dispute can.
